What Youll Be Doing: As an Assistant Project Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include: Supporting the commercial project coordination team with tracking, documentation, and communication Gathering samples and project details to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently Responding to client and internal inquiries to keep all parties informed and aligned Organizing and maintaining records of project progress and requirements Following up with vendors and internal teams to help keep jobs on track
What You Bring: 3+ years of construction administrative experience (stone countertop experience preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting A team-first attitude flexible, collaborative, and focused on solutions Excellent communication and follow-up skills
