We are seeking an experienced
Senior HR Consultant
with
10+ years of expertise in SAP ERP Human Resources (HR) and Payroll
to lead implementations, optimizations, and support for HR systems. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of
SAP HR modules , payroll processing, and integration with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead
SAP ERP HR and Payroll
implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Configure and customize
SAP HR modules
(e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll). Ensure accurate
payroll processing , tax compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to align SAP HR solutions with business needs. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide solutions. Conduct end-user training and create documentation for HR processes. Stay updated with
SAP HR trends, patches, and regulatory changes . Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years
of hands-on experience in
SAP ERP HR & Payroll . Strong expertise in
SAP HCM modules
(PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits). Experience with
SAP Fiori, SuccessFactors integration (preferred) . Knowledge of
legal and tax compliance
related to payroll. Bachelor's degree in
HR, Business, or related field . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in HR/Payroll. Experience with
global payroll implementations . Knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA HR migration . Seniority level
