Onsite : 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (hybrid)

*Candidates must be able to work directly with TSG's client on a W2 basis after the C2C contract phase has ended without visa sponsorship or visa transfer.*
We are hiring for a Data Developer to support a project focused on delivering seamless entertainment experiences. This initiative helps ensure customers can easily access all services included in their bundled subscriptions. The role will involve working with customer data to identify usage patterns, uncover gaps in service activation, and generate insights into customer behavior. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making that improves customer awareness, engagement, and value realization.
Must HaveSkills:
Advanced proficiency in SQL (senior level or above)
Window functions, common table expressions (CTEs), complex query optimization, etc Hands-on SQL coding without the use of ETL tools like Informatica
Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud computing in general Strong communication and writing skills
Engaging with executive leadership (SVP, EVP) Ability to communicate complex topics in accessible way
Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues Familiarity with integrating AI into cloud-based services
Some exp integrating AI into the cloud infrastructure Previously supported AI project(s) or have some exposure to workflows
Knowledge of performance hardware tuning Familiarity with Tableau or other BI/data visualization tools Nice To HaveSkills: Functional knowledge of Spark and Python TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
