What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Support the planning team in creating rack/commodity supply plans and validate supplier responses

Develop and utilize advanced analytics to identify shortages and resolve supply-demand gaps

Collaborate across the supply chain organization for timely and accurate data set-up

Manage planning processes using Oracle and enhance automation efforts with the Enterprise Products team

Create weekly/monthly KPIs and communications for upper management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain-related or quantitative roles

5+ years of experience in analytical/data management

Proficient in using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom build)

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to synthesize data and communicate risk areas to various organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning

Technical skills in creating dynamic models using Google Sheets/Excel, SQL

Background in partnership or collaboration within supply chain functions
