Responsibilities Client Consultation: Engage with diverse clients to understand their insurance needs and provide expert recommendations. Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients to grow our customer base and develop new business opportunities. Policy Customization: Design and propose insurance plans tailored to individual client requirements. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective strategies and customer engagement. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends and company products to deliver up-to-date information and maintain competitive edge.
Requirements Licensing: Must possess a valid Indiana Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one upon employment.
Licensing assistance available. Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in an insurance environment. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication abilities. Customer-Focused: A dedicated focus on understanding client needs and providing solutions that meet those needs. Reliability: Ability to consistently work from the Cedar Lake, Indiana office. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess and address customer needs effectively. Motivation: Self-driven with a desire to achieve personal and team sales targets.
