Job Summary: Schicker Ford of Union is seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role covers both new Ford vehicles and quality pre-owned inventory. If you have a passion for helping customers find the perfect vehicle, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to grow your career in automotive sales, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage customers with enthusiasm, building trust and rapport.

Guide customers through the entire buying process for both new Ford models and pre-owned vehicles, from test drives to final delivery.

Present and demonstrate features and benefits of new Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory across multiple brands.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new Ford models, pre-owned vehicles, financing options, and current promotions.

Follow up with potential and past customers to generate leads and foster long-term relationships.

Assist customers in understanding vehicle features, warranties, financing terms, and trade-in values.

Meet or exceed individual sales goals while supporting overall dealership objectives.

Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation and timely submission of paperwork.

Qualifications: Energetic, outgoing, and goal-driven personality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn

Well-organized with effective time management

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous automotive or customer service experience preferred but not required

Bilingual skills a plus
