Help customers find the perfect new or pre-owned INFINITI vehicle Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process Conduct vehicle demonstrations and guide test drives Explain features, warranties, financing options, and upgrades Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text using our CRM system Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and sales trends Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, BDC, real estate, or similar customer-facing roles Strong communication and active listening skills Confident, coachable, and highly motivated to succeed Comfortable using technology and learning about new products Professional, friendly, and customer-focused Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Able to commute to or relocate to Mesa, AZ Terms
