Represent clients in patent litigation cases in federal courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC) Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents Participate in discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, and managing e-discovery Prepare for and conduct depositions and hearings Assist in case strategy and development, including pre-trial and trial preparation Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff Communicate with clients to provide updates and strategic advice Requirements
1-6 years of patent litigation experience Admission to the Bar in the state of Washington, D.C. Superior academic credentials Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Degrees or industry experience in high tech or life sciences fields are preferred Certifications
Admission to the Bar in the state of Washington, D.C. Skills
