The
Digital Marketing Coordinator
role is offered through Amaturo Sonoma Media Group but will be working directly with Waterdrop Digital, a rapidly growing full-service digital marketing agency specializing in custom, data-driven campaigns across digital, radio, print, and experiential channels. This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for marketing operations, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, operational and strategic support role. In-house creative and campaign support, strong data analytics, and integration with traditional media assets General Responsibilities: • Coordinate the setup and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, email marketing, website updates, creative asset deployment, and out-of-home tactics. • Work closely with internal teams and clients to collect campaign materials and ensure all assets are in place for timely campaign launches. • Monitor active campaigns to track timelines, creative rotations, and proper ad placement, confirming campaigns are live and performing as intended. • Review and quality-check campaign data using internal dashboards, Google tools, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms. • Assist Account Executives with data pulls, campaign summaries, and preparation for client-facing presentations and Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) meetings. • Support reporting calls and performance review sessions, helping ensure results are clearly communicated and campaign goals are met. • Serve as a liaison between the digital team and other departments, ensuring project details are aligned and executed properly. • Collaborate with the Digital Strategy Manager on planning initiatives, brainstorming, and streamlining team workflows. • Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on campaign offerings, strategies, and evolving digital trends. Key Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, campaign coordination, or account support. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a sharp eye for detail. • Clear and professional communication skills—both written and verbal. • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. • Comfort interpreting marketing data and turning performance metrics into actionable insights. • Ability to manage project timelines and collaborate across teams in a deadline-driven environment. • Experience with Google Ads, Meta platforms, and marketing analytics dashboards preferred. • Familiarity with omni-channel campaign structures preferred. • Exposure to website CMS platforms such as WordPress preferred. Compensation and Benefits Salary : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits:
