Job Summary: MedSchoolCoach is a rapidly growing EdTech company dedicated to supporting future physicians through high-quality content and services. They are seeking a Social Media Marketing Associate to develop and implement marketing strategies across various social media platforms, manage influencer campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI. Responsibilities: • Support the strategy across multiple channels, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, & Linkedin – all in an effort to generate brand awareness, marketing qualified leads, and eventually sales • Manage our influencer marketing program, execute influencer marketing campaigns, and build relationships with medical creators • Take an active role in developing organic social media strategies to support business objectives • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and video editors to create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and ad creative • Report and analyze social media campaign and account performance, providing recommendations to improve overall campaign/partner performance and optimize ROI • Ensure high-quality branding and professionalism across social media properties • Manage comments and DMs across social media platforms • Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive webinar sign-ups, lead generation, and sales • Learn to work with various technologies, including WordPress, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Qualifications: Required: • Has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience managing social media marketing initiatives • Is proficient at creative concepting and oversight of design • Feels comfortable taking the initiative to reach out to social media creators • Knows how to execute and manage social media campaigns • Actively keeps up with social media trends • Understands common marketing objectives and how to achieve them • Can provide strategic marketing recommendations when needed • Is proficient at using Excel & Microsoft Office to analyze data and present findings • Is eager to build relationships with our audience, our partners, and with co-workers • Can handle multiple tasks while working in a fun, fast-paced environment • Is familiar with WordPress, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, and/or video editing/graphic design software Company: MedSchoolCoach is an educational institution company.
