Our client, an aerospace company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, professional attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
What's the Job?
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy in part numbers, quantities, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer records in company databases and Excel spreadsheets.
Generate and analyze Excel reports to support order tracking, inventory, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1 - 2+ years of customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
