OBGYN Physician Locums Job in Illinois Full Time Coverage for FMLA Leave December 2025 through February 2026 Assignment Coverage Needed: Full time FMLA coverage beginning December 2025 through February 2026

Shift Description: Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm
Requirements: Illinois license - highly preferred; must have IMLC LOQ in hand if no active Illinois license Board Certified in OB/GYN or truly board eligible MD or DO (less than 2 years out of training and has not already sat & failed boards) BLS (AHA) and DEA certification Clean candidates - highly preferred Procedures required: EMB, Colpos, IUD, and Nexplanon insertion If confirmed: provider must provide vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days before start date, professional headshot, and training modules
