As the VP of Global Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this iconic brand, driving its global growth strategy, and ensuring its alignment with the Ralph Lauren Fashion brand vision.

A Day in the Life

As the VP of Global Marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances, you’ll lead the charge in defining and executing the long-term strategy for one of the most prestigious fragrance portfolios in the world. Reporting to the President of Ralph Lauren International, you’ll oversee a team of 8 and collaborate with cross-functional teams, global markets, and Ralph Lauren Corporation to deliver exceptional results.

Strategic Leadership:

Your responsibilities will include:

Define and evolve the fragrance portfolio strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Ralph Lauren brand vision. Develop and execute a 3-year strategic launch plan, driving innovation and growth across global markets. Monitor global marketplace performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize the portfolio.

Innovation & Product Development:

Lead the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from concept development to product launch. Collaborate with Product Development, R&I, and Creative teams to create consumer-centric products that resonate globally. Decode trends and consumer insights to inform product positioning and innovation strategies.

360° Activation:

Oversee the development of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including digital, social media, and in-store. Partner with global markets to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and product launches. Manage agency relationships to deliver impactful creative assets that elevate the brand.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with Ralph Lauren Corporation to ensure alignment with the fashion brand’s DNA and Mr. Lauren’s vision. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Insights, Retail Design, and Communications, to deliver cohesive strategies.

Team Leadership:

Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketers. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, empowering your team to excel.

You’re a great match for this role if you:

Have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, with a passion for fragrance. Bring extensive experience in global marketing, with a proven track record of launching and managing products through their lifecycle. Excel at managing complexity and influencing stakeholders across diverse teams and geographies. Are data-driven, with strong analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategy. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and inspire those around you. Have a history of leading and developing high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the fragrance category strongly preferred. Expertise in briefing and managing external creative agencies. Strong project management and organizational skills.
