Integrity . Job Summary At Integrity, we believe hiring the right talent changes everything — and we’re looking for a Recruiting Support Manager to make that happen. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our Recruiting Coordination team to deliver a high-touch experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. You’ll be responsible for smooth interview scheduling, process accuracy, and ensuring a seamless candidate journey from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Recruiting Coordinators, setting standards for service, efficiency, and accuracy. Oversee daily recruiting support operations, ensuring SLAs and quality goals are met. Monitor team workload and adjust assignments to maintain efficiency. Refine workflows, tools, and templates for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience. Ensure ATS data integrity and compliance with documentation and reporting requirements. Serve as the expert on scheduling platforms, ATS systems (preferably Workday), and interview logistics. Resolve scheduling conflicts and escalations promptly. Track and analyze recruiting support metrics to inform improvements. Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team culture. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, or HR support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven success in leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred) and scheduling tools. Passion for creating seamless processes and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
