Job Description: This role will be responsible for the management, oversight, and coordination of initiative intake for Consumer Investments, including digital and technology portfolio management. The role involves engaging with key leaders and partners to help make decisions on projects that align with the organization’s strategic direction for 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong presentation skills, and can navigate complex discussions to drive decisions. The role requires developing strong partnerships with business units such as Employee Banking & Investing, Small Business, Consumer Lending, and GWIM. Responsibilities: Act as the Point of Contact for all tech planning and funding for line of business needs, managing the centralized intake process for strategic non-tech initiatives, including tracking projects in pipeline, funding, and prioritization. Perform recurring process management routines, such as meeting facilitation and status reporting, with Digital, Strategy Teams, and business partners. Partner with stakeholders including Digital, Business, Technology, and FLU to prioritize strategic initiatives and projects for tech funding. Support the development of technology business cases and presentation materials. Develop executive presentations and provide updates to senior leadership. Serve as the primary contact for technology-related questions and project updates. Review program/project health periodically and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Cultivate a positive team culture and promote collaboration across the enterprise. Mentor and support the development of Customer Segment Consultant I team members. Required Qualifications: Proven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to communicate clearly and effectively to senior executives. Executive presence, strategic thinking, and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Good judgment, escalation awareness, and expectation management. Program management experience. Business acumen with credible expertise. Strong knowledge of Consumer Investments processes and systems. Ability to build and maintain relationships across the organization. Excellent organization and project management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Consumer Investments products/services. Knowledge of GWIM and/or Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions processes. Minimum Education Requirement:

40 Pay Transparency details: US - IL - Chicago - 110 N Wacker Dr - Bank Of America Tower Chicago (IL4110), US - MA - Boston - 100 Federal St (MA5100), US - NJ - Pennington - 1400 American Blvd (NJ2140), US - NV - Las Vegas - 6900 Westcliff Dr (NV1149) Pay range $104,800.00 - $163,300.00 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on performance and contributions.
