Job Description: This role will be responsible for the management, oversight, and coordination of initiative intake for Consumer Investments, including digital and technology portfolio management. The role will drive critical engagement with key leaders and partners to help decide on projects that align with the organization’s strategic direction for 2025 and beyond. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong presentation skills, and expertise in navigating complex discussions to drive towards decision-making. The role requires the ability to develop strong partnerships and coordination with business partners in Consumer Investments and across lines of business, including Employee Banking & Investing, Small Business, Consumer Lending, and GWIM. Responsibilities: Acts as Point of Contact for all tech planning and funding for line of business sustaining needs and manages the centralized intake process of all strategic non-tech initiatives (including tracking of projects in pipeline, new, in-year funding, prioritization, etc.). Performs recurring process management routines (meeting facilitation, status reporting, etc.) with Digital, Strategy Teams, and line of business partners. Partners closely with key stakeholders including Digital, Business, Technology, and FLU to prioritize strategic change initiatives and projects for tech funding. Supports the development of technology business cases and related presentation materials. Develops executive presentations and provides updates to line of business senior leadership teams. Serves as the primary point of contact for technology-related questions and updates for all project activity. Periodically reviews program/project health and communicates project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. Cultivates a positive team culture and ensures broader collaboration across the enterprise. Mentors and supports the development of Customer Segment Consultant I team members. Required Qualifications: Proven presentation skills (written and oral): ability to present key messages, recommendations, and information clearly, concisely, and insightfully, and synthesize information for Senior Executives. Proven executive presence, horizontal and strategic thinking with the ability to influence effectively at all levels within the organization. Good judgment, knowing when to escalate and how to manage expectations. Program management experience. Business acumen with proven ability to leverage expertise with credibility and impact. Strong working knowledge of Consumer Investments processes and systems. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization. Excellent organization and project management skills. Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office suite. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with Consumer Investments products/services. Familiarity with Global Wealth and Investment Management (GWIM) and/or Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions (RPWS) solutions/processes. Minimum Education Requirement:

Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group, and the overall success of the Company.
