At 2 Hour Learning, we are on a rapid growth trajectory, planning to establish 25–30 new school campuses in the coming half-year. We need a leader to spearhead the operational setup for each campus, covering everything from student onboarding and tech provisioning to support workflows and change management.

You won’t be handed a ready-made process; you’ll create it and scale it.

What You Will Be Doing

Orchestrating student onboarding, technology provisioning, and system configuration across over 25 school campuses Crafting and upholding SLAs for internal support processes and issue resolution Collaborating with launch, product, and platform teams to ensure operational readiness Overseeing change management for platform updates, feature rollouts, and workflow modifications Developing feedback loops between field operations and central ops to enhance speed and reliability Establishing clear ownership models and escalation pathways for operational execution

SVP Of Operations Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and oversee the systems and workflows that enable seamless student onboarding, school activation, and update launches, all while maintaining order and avoiding chaos.

Basic Requirements

We seek a systems-oriented operator who excels in uncertain environments, scales successful processes, and eliminates ineffective ones — with extensive experience in onboarding, support, and mission-critical operations.

Qualifications Include

3+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB) Proven expertise in crafting and executing cross-functional operational workflows in ambiguous settings (e.g., onboarding systems, customer support frameworks, or large-scale tech provisioning) A track record of managing systems and processes across multiple domains (e.g., product, support, legal, tech) with a focus on SLA compliance, handoffs, and accountability Demonstrated ability to create and refine innovative systems that not only address issues but prevent them on a large scale Outstanding structured problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills honed in a high-performance consulting environment Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance speed and minimize manual efforts US residency with a willingness to travel 25% of the time to campus locations Legal eligibility to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
