BCG Attorney Search
A law firm seeks a litigation associate to handle a variety of complex legal disputes from its Aspen, Colorado office. Duties
Conduct legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations. Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery tools. Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide updates on case progress. Review and analyze complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Maintain meticulous case management and adhere to all deadlines. Requirements
1–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably involving complex legal matters. Strong analytical and research abilities. Excellent writing skills with attention to detail. Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active membership in the Colorado State Bar or eligibility for admission. Skills
Expertise in legal research tools and software. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and deadlines. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Proficient in drafting persuasive legal documents.
