What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team - Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product solutions - Respond to product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues - Provide feedback to product management on enhancements to improve customer value - Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation while supporting marketing events

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in a relevant product area - Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise in cloud software solutions - Experience in leveraging AI to enhance work processes and problem-solving - Proven territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with sales teams - Willingness to travel as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services - Strong critical thinking skills regarding the integration of AI into workflows and decision-making processes
