Position Summary
The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging, safe, fun, and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. This role involves supervising children, ensuring safety, and promoting our Kids programs to members and guests.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Greet, acknowledge, and interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Engage children in interactive activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games.
Monitor and interact with children to maintain a safe environment, respecting toys, sports equipment, and surroundings (20%).
Maintain operational documentation, perform audits, delegate cleaning tasks, and assist with staffing (20%).
Promote and sell Life Time Kids programs, products, and services (10%).
Complete team member evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching as needed.

[Specify if provided] Licenses / Certifications / Registrations: Complete all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before the first day of work. First Aid and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire. Fulfill all state or federal requirements before starting. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with children. Ability to engage a group of children in activities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Pay : This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
