Position Summary The Kids Supervisor - PNO enforces and provides best-in-class engagement and play. Manages and implements engaging, safe, fun, and entertaining activities and games for children during our Kids Events and Parents Night Out programs. The role involves supervising children, ensuring safety, and promoting programs to members and guests. Job Duties/Responsibilities Greets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner. Engages children in interactive activities such as storytelling, arts and crafts, singing, and games. Monitors and interacts with children to maintain a safe environment, respecting toys, sports equipment, other children, and surroundings. Maintains operational documentation, conducts audits, delegates cleaning tasks, and manages staffing. Promotes and sells Life Time Kids programs, products, and services. Completes team member evaluations, provides feedback, and coaching as needed. Minimum Required Qualifications Completion of all required Kids On-Demand Learning Certifications before starting work. First Aid and Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certifications required within 60 days of hire. Fulfillment of all state or federal requirements prior to the first day of work. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children. Ability to engage a group of children in activities. Strong customer service and communication skills. Pay

This hourly position starts at $17.25 and can go up to $20.50 based on experience and qualifications. Benefits
