ICF is seeking a IT Business Analyst to work within a dynamic and highly innovative team environment in our Growth, Engagements, and Insights group. The IT Business Analyst will support tasks involving documentation and communication relating to Sightline. The role will also support other IT team members on IT projects for the energy efficiency and utility sectors, including partnering with ICF subject matter experts on project execution.

What you will be doing:

Maintain Sightline’s Document Library, ensuring existing documents are copy edited, contain relevant information and are updated on a regular basis

Identifying gaps in documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures, User Manuals, etc., across our IT Delivery and Products teams and assisting subject matter experts in developing these documents

Assist Sightline product owners in developing supporting documentation for their tools and ensuring documents meet our standard documentation requirements

Assist in developing the IT Communication Plan including taking in feedback from stakeholders, drafting communication templates and documenting the plan

Assist in executing the IT Communication Plan, including helping draft and send communications

Develop an understanding of the IT processes and procedures and assist with making improvements relative to documentation and communication

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in related field

1+ years of experience in utility, energy, and/or energy efficiency sectors or related experience

Proficiency in MS Office products, such as Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

What we would like you to have:

Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines

Experience working with teams that manage IT Systems

Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint

Professional Skills:

Strong customer service focus, project planning, organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and preparing communications and documentation

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience editing and maintaining professional documents

Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment

Pay Range

- There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$60,927.00 - $103,576.00
