There's no one like you, and that's why there's nowhere like RSM. RSM is seeking a Manager to join our Financial Due Diligence team within our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. In this role, you will work with our award-winning Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory practice, servicing corporate and private equity clients. Our M&A group provides readiness and diligence services pre-close, as well as transaction integration and execution. Our Transaction Advisory Services team consists of seasoned professionals offering buy-side and sell-side financial, technology, and operational diligence services and advice. Responsibilities Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring or divesting businesses. Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top management to gather information for financial analysis. Prepare detailed financial analyses to assist clients in evaluating acquisition decisions and financing needs. Utilize various software tools as designated by the firm. Collaborate with other practice areas including tax, audit, and consulting. Assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters. Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an audit or transaction advisory practice within a public accounting or consulting firm. Prior financial due diligence experience is required. Supervision and team leadership experience. Ability to manage client engagements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel up to 10-15% domestically. Preferred Qualifications CPA certification. Master's degree. Ability to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for timely completion.
