Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Consultant to support and lead the development, deployment, and optimization of marketing applications hosted on AWS cloud infrastructure. This role involves strategic planning, secure cloud architecture design, and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and third-party solution partners to deliver scalable and secure digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Support a wide range of marketing applications including consumer-facing websites, microsites, CRM systems, email marketing programs, and performance advertising campaigns.

Collaborate with Capgemini teams, clients, and third-party partners to implement secure, scalable, and industry-compliant marketing solutions.

Lead strategic cloud planning, governance, and implementation using AWS Landing Zone, AWS Control Tower, and cloud security frameworks.

Design and optimize multi-account AWS environments with a strong focus on security, compliance, and disaster recovery.

Align infrastructure usage patterns with application architecture and business needs.

Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.

Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform data analysis and reporting.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement across cloud and application services.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in designing and developing digital marketing applications hosted on-premise and in cloud environments.

8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Proven experience in on-prem to AWS migration strategy and execution.

Expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) applications running on AWS.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (Security Specialty certification is a plus).

Technical Expertise:

Cloud Architecture: AWS Landing Zone, AWS Control Tower, Cloud Security Frameworks.

Security & Compliance: IAM, network security, cloud compliance standards.

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.

Serverless Computing: AWS Fargate, AWS Batch, Lambda functions.

CI/CD & Automation: Jenkins pipelines, deployment automation.

Networking & Monitoring: Cloud identity management, advanced networking, monitoring tools.

MarTech Platforms: Understanding of enterprise-grade marketing technologies and their integration.

Salary Transparency:

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $135,549 to $176,139 /yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
