* Clinic Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4 clinic days/week) * Call Schedule: 8 days/month
* 1 in 4 rotation * CNMs cover most weekends (1st call)
* 24-Hour In-House Call: No * Call Back Rate: 80% (Weekdays, Weekends, OB); GYN - 20% * Response Time: 20 minutes
Caseload & Volume
* Practice Type: OB/GYN * Clinic Patients: 15-20/day * Deliveries: 6 per week per physician * Practice Mix:
* Low-Risk OB - 50% * High-Risk OB - 50% * C-Sections - 20% * Office GYN - 35% * Surgical GYN - Not required
Team Structure
* OB/GYNs: 3 * Mid-levels: 2 CNMs (no direct supervision, but collaborative model) * MFM Support: Virtual * RNs assist in clinic * OB/GYNs on-site during locum coverage
Facility & Resources
* Hospital Beds: 39 (4 ICU beds) * Trauma Level: III * Nursery: Level II (transfers available) * EMR: Epic (Hospital & Clinic) * Onsite Support:
* Ultrasound & Lab (tech-performed) * 13 exam rooms
* Referral Protocol: Central "DocLine" system
Required ProceduresObstetrics:
* Manage both low and high-risk pregnancies * FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE) * OB Ultrasound (Level I/screening) * Vaginal Deliveries (routine/complicated) * C-Sections * Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Gynecology:
* Office GYN: IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery, etc. * Minor Surgical GYN: Laparoscopy, tubal ligation, LOAs * Major Surgical GYN: Ectopic pregnancy, cystectomy, ovary removal
