We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our User Experience Foundations team. This is a high-impact role for a skilled product leader passionate about usability, systems thinking, and platform-scale design excellence. In this role, you'll own core features, admin settings, and platform-level UX surfaces. You will influence the entire user experience by leading the strategy, architecture, and adoption of Apollo's design system and UI components. Your work will shape how users interact with Apollo, ensuring a cohesive, intuitive, and efficient platform. You'll collaborate with design, engineering, and product teams to improve interaction quality, consistency, and user satisfaction, transforming complex B2B workflows into seamless experiences. What You'll Do Define Vision and Strategy: Own and execute the UX Foundations roadmap, aligning with Apollo's goals. Drive Evidence-Based Development: Use research and data to identify usability issues and guide decisions. Champion Usability: Prioritize simplicity, clarity, and ease-of-use across the platform, including admin and settings experiences. Establish Core Patterns: Collaborate with design to evolve the design system and reusable UI patterns. Lead Cross-Team Initiatives: Drive usability programs that span multiple product surfaces to improve consistency. Own Metrics and Outcomes: Define and monitor KPIs related to usability and customer satisfaction. Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams for scalable implementation. Deliver Immediate and Lasting Value: Balance short-term wins with long-term foundational work. What We're Looking For Experienced Senior PM: Proven product leadership and communication skills with success in complex product areas. Cross-Team Influence: Experience leading multi-team initiatives to improve usability at scale. Usability-First Mindset: Focus on creating intuitive, streamlined experiences in sophisticated software. Design System Partner: Experience working with design systems, patterns, and tooling. Admin Experience (Preferred): Background in internal configuration or settings systems. Strategic Ownership: Ability to set and influence roadmaps, align stakeholders, and navigate organizational complexity. Customer-Centric: Deep focus on user problems, feedback, and impact. Enterprise Product Experience: Experience with complex domains like GTM, sales tech, or marketing automation in B2B SaaS. Your Superpowers Design & Product Intuition: Sharp aesthetic and usability judgment. Systems Thinking: Understand platform interactions and design for reusability and scalability. The Great Simplifier: Convert complex workflows into simple solutions. Proactive Operator: Identify opportunities and deliver impact independently. Platform-Scale Leader: Align stakeholders and deliver cohesive, scalable solutions. Qualifications 7+ years in B2B SaaS or Consumer PM roles. Proven ability to transform complex workflows into delightful experiences. Experience with building platforms and impact-driven partnerships.
