visionary and hands-on Senior UX Leader
to transform the end-to-end experience for financial advisors across both proprietary and third-party platforms.

This leader will elevate the design practice and reimagine how advisors engage with technology—driving usability, visual clarity, and streamlined workflows.
In this critical role, you will guide improvements to information architecture, reduce user friction, and shape product strategy through deep user insights. You’ll be at the forefront of unifying the advisor experience across homegrown tools and integrated systems such as Salesforce, eMoney, and other platforms.
Partnering closely with product, engineering, and business teams, you will ensure the voice of the advisor is present in every phase of design and development.
What you get to go do in this exciting role: Experience Strategy & Design Leadership Define and deliver a cohesive, intuitive advisor experience across proprietary and third-party tools Champion user-centered design from discovery through delivery Reimagine workflows and architecture to improve adoption and reduce friction Cross-Platform Integration Ensure seamless experiences across platforms and integrations (Salesforce, eMoney, client portals) Collaborate with platform and API teams to standardize UX patterns and interactions Team Building & Leadership Lead and mentor a high-performing UX/UI team, fostering design excellence and collaboration Build a culture of continuous improvement, accessibility, and knowledge sharing UX Process & Governance Establish scalable design systems, frameworks, and governance models Implement repeatable research and testing methods that deliver measurable impact User Research & Feedback Loops Lead qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand advisor and client needs Translate insights into designs that improve satisfaction, efficiency, and reduce training needs Business Partnership & Influence Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX goals with business outcomes Present compelling, strategic design rationale to senior leaders
What you need to be successful in this role: 7+ years in UX/UI design, including 3+ years leading design teams Proven experience designing for complex enterprise platforms (financial services/B2B preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and measurable usability improvements Expertise in design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards Proficiency with Figma, UX research platforms, journey mapping, and collaboration tools Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills Background in wealth management, fintech, or financial services Familiarity with integrated advisor platforms (Salesforce, eMoney, Redtail, Orion) Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA)
