Hybrid Schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote (Phoenix) 8am - 5pm M - F U.S. Citizens only Seeking a skilled and proactive Data Analyst to support Project Winter, a high-impact initiative focused on operational transformation, supplier management, and digital process improvement. This is a contract role through January 2026, with the potential for renewal or conversion based on performance and business needs. You'll play a key role in analyzing data, building KPIs and scorecards, and supporting the development of standard work, training materials, and change management strategies. This role also involves working with vendor classification, compliance processes, negotiating with suppliers and source-to-contract systems. Responsibilities include: •Build reporting solutions to monitor Key Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and digital tools.•Provide regular updates and reports to leadership team members on the status and impact of Sourcing Operations initiatives.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, lead and execute comprehensive data analytics initiatives.•Identify and implement process improvements to streamline existing data analytic tools withing the Sourcing Operations Team.•Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal customers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.•Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in project management, data analytics and process improvement. Negotiate with suppliers as required Required Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field •2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role •Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) •Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Preferred Qualifications: •Familiarity with SAP •Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) •Background in supplier or vendor management systems •Understanding of compliance processes and digital procurement tools •Experience in training delivery or change management Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
