Position Summary
The ideal Store Manager is a confident individual with a proven track record in guest service, employee management, and people motivation. As the GM, you'll support the company by maintaining an excellent working environment through leadership, direction, training, and development. Additionally, you'll: Maintain fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality Assist with training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures Partner with the leadership team to meet or exceed sales goals Assist in managing food and labor costs Monitor food inventory levels Manage and maintain safe working conditions Manage team member employees to encourage growth and reduce turnover Provide excellent training for team members and direct reports Ensure continual improvement of quality, service, and cleanliness

High school diploma or equivalent education required; age requirements may apply to comply with State and Federal laws. Previous management or supervisory experience is required. Ability to communicate in English is required; Spanish comprehension is helpful. Fundamental reading, writing, math, and computer/POS skills are required; must meet minimal background check criteria. Must successfully complete the in-house management training program. Must have a valid driver license with access to transportation and meet administrative driving requirements. May be required to reach, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds. May operate/access equipment at standard heights while walking or standing during the shift. Hazards include slipping, tripping, burns, cuts, abrasions, and falls. Must commit to at least 50 hours per week with shifts varying in time and length, including weekends and evenings. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. EOE Work schedules are designed to meet business needs for operation 363 days per year.
