Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 DOE

We are searching for a high-caliber candidate with strong management skills to direct the operations of our 2 Juneau retail branches, ensuring they meet financial, operational, service, and growth goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Promote, monitor and manage a strong member-focused culture to meet service levels
Hire, train, review, coach and develop branch personnel to meet performance standards
Monitor branch operations to ensure strategic objectives are met
Develop and foster relationships with retail location management and staff
What You’ll Need
Must have proven, strong management skills, minimum 2 years
3‑5 years of financial institution experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to function in a role that demands a high degree of discretion, trust and diplomacy

Base Pay Range $80,756.00/yr - $104,507.00/yr
