Sr. Software Engineer - Full Stack Development

What you can expect As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll apply your expertise in AI/ML and full-stack development to co-lead the creation of autonomous, AI-driven applications that reason and plan. This role requires a blend of systems thinking, software engineering skills, and applied AI expertise. About the Team You will join a high-impact team building intelligent systems that combine traditional software engineering with emerging AI capabilities to transform how people interact with applications. You will collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineering peers. Responsibilities Building and scaling full-stack agentic applications using modern web frameworks, microservices, and cloud-native infrastructure. Designing and implementing intelligent agents capable of dynamic decision-making, planning, and multi-step task execution using LLMs. Developing and deploying GenAI pipelines with techniques such as RAG, prompt orchestration, tool use, and memory management. Leading end-to-end development with technologies like Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Integrating and fine-tuning open-source and proprietary AI models, staying current with AI agent architectures, LLM applications, and tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant GenAI solutions. What we’re looking for 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI/ML or GenAI applications. Experience building full-stack applications and RESTful APIs using cloud-native tech (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Expertise in LLM integration and agentic system design with libraries like LangChain, Haystack, or custom frameworks. Understanding of NLP, embeddings, vector databases, and data retrieval. Experience designing scalable systems for inference, prompt routing, and real-time interaction with large models. Proficiency in prompt engineering, chaining, and model performance evaluation in production. Frontend experience with frameworks like React, Next.js, and data visualization for intelligent UX.
