Brand (30%) : Supervise and support associates' daily goals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize sales/KPIs, and drive loyalty. Ensure brand standards are met and analyze store trends. People (30%) : Engage, train, and develop teams. Recruit and address associate strengths and opportunities through coaching. Maintain positive relations and communication. Operations (30%) : Execute company processes, support digital strategies, manage inventory, payroll, and store procedures. Safety/Loss Prevention (10%) : Maintain a safe environment, protect assets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 or older Retail sales/customer service experience preferred Management experience preferred Leadership and communication skills Availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable but not required Competencies
