Support operational leadership as the Assistant Director of Operations of Concessions. Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless events, services, and experiences. Lead teams, manage logistics, and implement strategic initiatives to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and review standards and procedures for staff according to facility policies Manage safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs, maintaining good client and customer relationships Ensure client and customer satisfaction while managing costs efficiently Promote professional growth of all staff Coordinate tasks among supervisory and management teams through regular communication Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience 3-5 years of relevant experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and strategic skills Proactive approach to business changes High standards of integrity and ethics Leadership, management, and coaching skills Strong work ethic and customer service drive Proficient computer skills preferred Apply to Levy today!
