Responsibilities: Manage the operation of the community in accordance with standards, guidelines, and laws. Communicate a clear, resident-centered vision. Build relationships within the local area to drive business and maximize revenue. Implement external business development strategies to increase referrals and move-ins. Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain resident administrative files. Achieve financial targets and maximize capital return. Understand all operating programs including memory care, clinical, dining, and social activities. Prepare and adhere to the community budget. Achieve or exceed budgeted revenue through occupancy and room rate management. Review financial statements and address deficiencies. Control operating costs within budget. Process expenses and budget data timely. Meet NOI and occupancy goals. Oversee all departments for efficient operation and financial compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field. At least three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Experience in hiring, coaching, performance management, and daily operations supervision. Sales experience preferred. Proven success in managing operating expenses.
