They represent the brand and business within the community and develop their team, which includes AGM, Shift Supervisors, and restaurant team members covering BOH and FOH responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive team performance in BOH and FOH towards daily excellence in execution and guest service. Create a positive work environment that promotes sales and retention of top talent. Manage the financial and operational performance to meet and exceed company goals/metrics (Business Scorecard). Proactively promote guest service and handle guest recovery regarding restaurant issues/complaints. Source, interview, and select top talent from internal and external pools to meet current and future needs. Lead by example through performance management, training, coaching, and positive role modeling. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following sanitation standards, legal regulations, and security procedures. Complete other duties as assigned by Area Manager. Obtain a SERV Safe Certification within 90 days of hire. Requirements: At least 2 years of supervisory/management experience in a QSR, with P&L responsibilities. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in oral and written communication, primarily in English. Intermediate computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook). High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional Info: Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
