Position Summary:

The

EVS Team Leader

provides support to the managers and acts as department contact person in their absence.

Effectively communicates operation issues to the Operations Managers and Director upon their return or as necessary to ensure effective departmental operations.

Trains new hires as well as current employees.

The

Team Leader

is responsible for the cleanliness of assigned areas and may perform routine repetitive tasks on a continuous basis, despite frequent interruptions.

May spend considerable time outdoors transporting debris to compactors, picking up debris, and sweeping.

Operates floor care equipment as assigned.

Shift:

Full-time, Evening shift (40 hrs per week)

3:00pm - 11:30pm

Every other weekend required

Suburban Hospital,

8600 Old Georgetown Rd, Bethesda, MD 20814

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is required

3-5 years related work experience required

Salary Range: Minimum 18.57/hour - Maximum 30.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
