Job Title: Global Community Programs Lead

Location: Open For 100% Remote Job Duration: 12+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension) The Community team is looking for a seasoned Senior Global Community Programs Lead to develop and operationalize strategies that connect our Community team with business and brand priorities. In this role, you will report to the Director of Global Community Programs and lead a portfolio of programs. This role will incorporate business, product, and policy insights to ensure our Host Communications, Host Education, and Host Engagement teams can execute aligned functional plans. Responsibilities Operationalize Community team programs aligned with business and product priorities. Review business and product insights to inform Community objectives and tactics. Act as the primary program point of contact in cross-functional working groups. Manage working group communications, cascades, and channels. Identify and manage Community milestones across all sub-projects within the program. Monitor performance and review the impact of our work aligned with strategic OKRs. Establish measurement systems and approaches. Implement and iterate on Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), or comparable processes. Set and track milestones to ensure timely deliverables. Coordinate staffing strategies across timelines and program milestones. Qualifications Senior leader with 12+ years of related work experience, particularly in Program Management, Strategy, or Operations roles. Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional efforts from ideation to strategy and implementation. Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail. Highly developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills. Experience leading plan development from start to finish with minimal oversight, with the ability to think holistically and address details. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables. Experience with Airtable, Keynote, Excel/Google Sheets, and Superset is a strong asset. SOLUTION-oriented and creative problem solver, capable of identifying obstacles constructively. Outcome-oriented, articulating desired outcomes and working collaboratively to achieve them.
