User Researcher Key Responsibilities : Design and conduct mixed-methods research (qualitative and quantitative) to inform product and design decisions across key business / product areas. Utilize methods such as usability studies (remote or in-person), user interviews, literature reviews, surveys, ethnographic / field research, and other impactful methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product management, engineering, data science) to define research goals and scope for projects. Manage and execute each step of the research process, including study planning, discovery, participant recruitment, conducting research activities and analysis, reporting, and communication. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders. Support the Sr. UX Research Strategist in developing research roadmaps and aligning research with business goals. Contribute to the creation, adoption, and improvement of research practices, methods, and guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications : Proficiency in a range of research methods (e.g., usability testing, ethnographic studies, heuristic evaluations, card sorting, A / B testing), and the ability to apply or combine them effectively. Strong listening, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience with survey platforms and analysis tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Excel, Tableau). Experience with qualitative research gathering tools (e.g., Dscout, usertesting.com). Ability to translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments. Working knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices. Enthusiasm for a team-oriented, collaborative, highly innovative, and creative environment. Interest in conducting research across different technology / device focus areas. 3–5 years of experience in UX research or a related field (e.g., human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, anthropology). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline. Compensation :
