8/4/2025 POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects from preconstruction through closeout. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting safety, quality, and contractual requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all phases from preconstruction and procurement through turnover. Own schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, changes, and cost controls. Coordinate with PEMB manufacturers on design approvals and deliveries. Lead and mentor superintendents, project engineers, and support staff. Serve as primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contract, safety, and quality programs. Review/approve subcontract scopes, contracts, and pay applications. Perform risk assessments; resolve issues and delays proactively. Drive value engineering and continuous improvement. Manage closeout: punch lists, training, and turnover documentation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 7–10 years of project management experience with 5+ years leading PEMB projects. Demonstrated success delivering complex projects on time and budget. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Expert knowledge of PEMB systems and erection sequencing. Leadership, team management, and client relationship skills. Proficiency with PM software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.). Contract knowledge (lump sum, GMP, cost-plus); OSHA 30 preferred. PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
Office-based with periodic site visits and field conditions. Ability to navigate active jobsites. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
