Company Description About the Role As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the total holistic omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format, location, and global & regional strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will analyze sales data, follow up on results, and create plans to optimize profits.

A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are ever the same, but typical responsibilities include: Managing the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial presentation according to guidelines Representing the brand positively during customer interactions Establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals, creating plans to meet targets Providing excellent personal customer service and guiding customers through fashion stories Promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives Planning schedules according to sales budgets and activities Ensuring routines for fitting rooms and checkout are followed Identifying commercial opportunities and maintaining competitor awareness Managing store maintenance cost-effectively Handling administrative routines for people and operations Fashion & Trend Awareness Staying updated with fashion trends, competitors, and influencers Ensuring the team provides product and fashion knowledge to customers Understanding the local market, customer base, and fashion trends Team & Development Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, upskilling, and development Conducting performance evaluations and succession planning Sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration with the team and leadership Planning and scheduling team activities Maintaining communication and ensuring procedures and safety standards are followed Retail Operations & Visual Execution Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and back of house Ensuring high-quality visual presentation and garment care Managing stock levels and supporting allocation decisions Overseeing daily store routines, including opening and closing Ensuring proper garment cycle and fitting room routines Maintaining in-store OMNI services and technology tools Keeping price signage consistent and accurate Updating and maintaining BOH information and safety standards Qualifications Strong leadership skills with a responsibility-driven approach Effective team coaching and development abilities Experience in retail management and operations Ability to work with numbers and analyze statistics
