CosmoProf Beauty Essential Function Store Managers are responsible for hiring, developing, and leading all store associates while ensuring optimal customer experiences, effectively overseeing all store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Develop strategies and plans to achieve key performance indicators and financial targets through business analysis, action planning, effective communication, and consistent accountability. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager in all outlined areas and are responsible for all primary duties when the Store Manager is not present. Primary Duties 30% Brand:

Provides supervision and supports the direction and planning of associates' daily goals and activities to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximizing sales/KPIs, and driving customer loyalty. Emphasis on both in-store selling and Omni-channel. Ensures all brand standards are met, such as merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc. Acts as the main contact for resolving customer issues and analyzes store trends to anticipate customer demands. 30% People:

Engages, trains, and develops teams to achieve positive results. Recruits actively to build a strong network of candidates. Identifies strengths and opportunities for associates, providing coaching or counseling. Maintains positive relations, resolves concerns, and fosters an inclusive environment. 30% Operations:

Ensures execution of company processes through training, management, and analysis. Manages inventory, payroll, store opening/closing procedures, and ensures compliance with directives and projects. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention:

Maintains a safe environment, enforces policies, protects assets, and ensures compliance with safety and HAZMAT regulations.
