KPMG is seeking an
Associate Director, Cyber Architecture and Engineering
to join our Enterprise Security Services organization. This remote opportunity involves developing and managing security strategies, supporting security operations, overseeing tooling integration, and promoting best practices in cybersecurity, particularly with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Responsibilities
Develop and manage GCP security strategies aligned with firm goals, addressing evolving threats. Support security operations, incident response, threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation activities related to GCP. Oversee integration of GCP security tooling, automations, and processes for comprehensive security monitoring and response. Stay current with cybersecurity practices, mentor team members, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions. Drive automation to improve security processes, documenting procedures in playbooks and guides. Build relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure strategy alignment and collaboration. Qualifications
Minimum of eight years in security architecture, with expertise in GCP and security tooling integration. Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as CISSP and Google Cloud Security Engineer are desirable. Experience leading security projects, understanding regulatory requirements (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA). Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; ability to influence in a matrixed environment. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Additional Information
