Practice , is seeking a skilled

Associate Attorney

to join its Chambers-ranked

Secondaries

team. This is a dynamic opportunity to work on high-profile, cutting-edge secondary market transactions within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

JD

from a

top-tier law school

with an

excellent academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission

in

the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing.

3+ years

of substantive experience in

private equity ,

secondaries , and/or

fund-related transactions (link removed)> Demonstrated experience handling

continuation fund transactions ,

LP-led secondaries , and other

secondary market

matters.

Proficiency in

fund formation and structuring (link removed)> Ability to manage complex transactions independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

General corporate experience

is a

plus , but not required.

Prior AmLaw 100 experience is preferred.

Eagerness to

work in-person

and contribute to a highly engaged team culture.

Soft Skills: Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.

Key Responsibilities

Represent

sponsors, investors, and asset managers

in a broad spectrum of

secondary investment transactions (link removed)> Provide legal support for

continuation funds ,

LP interest transfers , and

fund restructurings (link removed)> Advise clients on legal and regulatory considerations

related to the secondary market.

Draft and negotiate

fund formation documents, purchase and sale agreements, and related transaction documentation.

Collaborate with attorneys across private equity, tax, and regulatory teams to execute complex transactions.

Contribute to client development and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

Starting at

$260,000+

annually, as determined by experience and market factors.
