breach of fiduciary duty claims , and

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in high-level corporate and commercial litigation

Handle shareholder disputes, governance controversies, fiduciary duty claims, and related matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery; and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
Partner with senior litigators and clients to develop effective litigation strategies and solutions.

Competitive Compensation:
