About The Team We seek a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead our talented team, drive technical excellence, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects aligned with business goals. About the Role Technical Leadership

Experience in Data and analytics with tools like Looker, Cognos, etc. Provide technical leadership for major projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Hands-on with code, involved in design, architecture, reviews, and optimization. Maintain standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure best practices in documentation, automation, security, and leverage CoPilot. Participate in R.I.D.E. framework and understand CI/CD pipelines. Team Management

Foster a culture of ownership and engagement. Drive succession planning and organizational growth. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coaching and Development

Develop team technically and professionally, providing actionable feedback. Mentor engineers at all levels, promoting learning and collaboration. Execution Excellence

Manage workload, priorities, risks, and align efforts with strategic goals. Ensure service quality, cost, and production management. Collaborate with stakeholders across teams and make informed deployment decisions. About You

Basic Qualifications 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in BI/data analytics leadership. Hands-on experience with BI solutions, data modeling, ETL/ELT, visualization tools, and cloud data warehouses. Knowledge of data governance, security, and integration techniques. Proven leadership in attracting, mentoring, and leading high-performance BI teams. Experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder communication.
