What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to enhance brand identity - Create marketing and public relations strategies to build relationships with media and influencers - Identify challenges and emerging issues to inform communication strategies - Serve as a spokesperson and lead point person for media interactions - Recruit, manage, and mentor a communications team to execute the communications strategy
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, either in-house or at an agency - Proven ability to build relationships with top-tier reporters and editors - Extensive writing and editing experience with various print and online media - Experience in managing comprehensive strategic communications and media relations programs
