Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in C++ programming language, with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. Experience in developing high-performance, low-latency software systems, preferably in the finance industry or a related field. Familiarity with algorithmic trading concepts and electronic trading platforms is highly desirable. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software optimization techniques. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Shell) and version control systems (Git) is a plus. Knowledge of network protocols and network programming would be an advantage.
