Job Overview
As a Mobile Associate (MA), you’ll be an essential part of a dynamic Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T-Mobile brand to life. As a brand ambassador, you'll create excitement around our products and services, ensuring a thriving connection to the evolving world of technology. Your passion for customer interactions will set you apart as you build meaningful relationships, helping us to exceed expectations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing an outstanding customer experience by assisting shoppers and facilitating a seamless journey, whether they shop online or in-store.
Exploring diverse customer needs, demonstrating the latest technology hands-on, and personalizing solutions that enhance their connected lifestyle.
Engaging with our comprehensive service and sales strategies while maintaining composure and integrity.
Becoming proficient in digital tools to demonstrate T-Mobile’s industry-leading coverage and service options.
Completing necessary training to master the T-Mobile in-store experience, honing your skills related to systems and processes.
Fostering relationships with T-Mobile employees across various channels to collectively enhance the customer experience and resolve issues smoothly.
Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A passionate advocate for customers who enjoys connecting with individuals in a fun way (Required)
• A competitive drive and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)
• A willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while serving customers effectively (Required)
• Skilled at balancing customer needs with performance goals (Required)
Additional Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation:
Hourly Base Pay: $17.50 plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days of employment, Mobile Associates receive on-the-job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, you will be eligible for the Mobile Expert role, with an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All T-Mobile employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives, plus eligibility for an annual stock grant.
