Key Responsibilities Serve and sell to our customers while delivering a world-class experience that fosters loyalty. Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether they are online, through Customer Care, or in-store. Explore customer needs, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology available. Engage in side-by-side selling to offer personalized solutions, including unique accessories and cutting-edge IoT devices. Handle service and sales interactions with composure, integrity, and compassion. Utilize digital tools actively to educate customers on coverage options and T-Mobile’s service advantages. Establish partnerships with T-Mobile team members across various channels to enhance the customer experience and solve issues seamlessly. Support team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive atmosphere. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) A minimum of 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. Passion for customer advocacy and the ability to forge meaningful connections. Competitive spirit with a proven track record of success in a dynamic sales environment. Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders, sharing ideas while serving customers. Skillful in balancing customer needs with performance goals. Licenses and Certifications:

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. Compensation and Benefits Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour during training. After successfully completing your initial training, you will advance to the Mobile Expert role with the potential to earn an annual incentive target of $18,000/year, depending on performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Additionally, every employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
