What you will do: The Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of company personnel, facilities, and assets-both physical and intellectual. This role will lead proactive threat assessments, manage executive protection programs, oversee response plans, and strengthen strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. How you will do it: Physical Security & Crisis Response Conduct and supportphysical security assessmentsfor offices, events, and high-risk operations using risk-based evaluation tools.

Coordinate crisis response efforts duringnatural disasters, manmade threats, and technological disruptions, ensuring rapid activation of contingency protocols.

Leadsupply chain security and strike contingency planningprojects by engaging cross-functional teams and external partners.

Support and conductinternal investigations-including fraud, theft, and breaches-through evidence gathering and working with relevant departments.

Drivesecurity technology enhancementsby identifying and implementing upgrades to surveillance, access control, and intrusion systems.

Facilitateonsite assessmentsfor high-risk or remote locations, guiding teams through the self-assessment process.

Assist in deliveringWorkplace Violence Prevention Trainingby coordinating with HR and Safety teams.

Executive Protection Leadership Lead theExecutive Protection Program, including physical security for the CEO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors.

Performthreat and location-based risk assessments, and execute tailored travel and event protection plans.

Develop and overseeevent security strategiesfor corporate meetings and large-scale gatherings, working with internal organizers and external vendors.

Manage contracts with security providers to ensure secure transport and protection services.

Providepersonalized security assessmentswhen onboarding new executive leaders or when specific threats arise.

Threat Intelligence & Incident Management Monitor and analyze emerging threats by collaborating withcybersecurity, communications, and threat investigation teams.

Design and implementmitigation plansbased on threat insights, ensuring alignment across departments.

Respond to incidents including workplace violence by activating response protocols and coordinating with internal crisis teams.

Campus & Facility Security Oversight Oversee guard force operations acrossU.S. and Canada, ensuring service quality and training compliance.

Identify, implement, and maintainphysical security protocolsincluding facility access controls and patrol procedures.

Conduct regular briefings for senior stakeholders onsecurity operations, trends, investigations, and projects.

Law Enforcement & Regulatory Compliance Build and maintain relationships withlocal law enforcement and emergency services, fostering communication and joint-readiness initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all applicablelocal, national, and international laws and regulationsrelated to corporate security.

Engage withgovernmental and private security networksto stay current on evolving risks and best practices.

What we look for: Required Minimum of 5 years of relevant Corporate Security experience in a management position capacity in a regional and/or global role.

Program and change management experience a must. Experience developing and implementing regional and global security programs, policies and other initiatives.

Experience in executive protection or relevant law enforcement role.

Experience in managing guard force operations at the enterprise level.

Experience making high stress decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to make judgements with little or no oversight.

Strong problem resolution and independent planning skills.

Excellent verbal and writing communicator. Uses tact and diplomacy in all interactions.

Comfortable with senior executives but will not over-insert themselves.

Preferred Certified protection professional or equivalent.
